This 7 hour course is specifically designed to empower the Team within a corporate setting. Teaching your employees threat reduction measures that they can apply to detect potential threats. The dangers and annoyances in the United Kingdom are getting worse. Every motive is different and It is important to be able to cover and secure all areas of why, how, when and where a potential threat/attack can happen. And. especially understanding how to defuse the potential interruptions.
Not only will you learn to see the signals of a potential nuisance/threat before it is committed but you will also learn to overcome physical attacks against you. This course will give you the tools that can be useful if an unsuspected situation while socialising, travelling to and from work or abroad.
Nick will teach you simple and effective tactics to deal with a stalker, if someone is following you, verbally assaulting you, as well as defending yourself from a physical or sexual assault.

MODULE 1: Learn situational and spatial awareness & knowing the dangers and annoyances of your area

MODULE 2: Learn distance control management against an unarmed physical threat.

360 degree defence against an unarmed attack
Close and long range striking for Self defence
Concepts to overcome multiple attackers
MODULE 3: Defence against grabs & holds from a standing position
PRACTICAL
The threat has closed the distance and now has a hold of you.

You end up on the ground, not by choice. You must get up as soon as possible
